Overview
In this role you will join Clifford Chance’s Amsterdam Corporate M&A team to advise on high-value, cross-border transactions. You’ll draft and negotiate key documents, lead due diligence, and coordinate multi-office deal teams while collaborating with tax, finance and competition specialists. You’ll work closely with clients and senior lawyers to deliver clear, commercially minded solutions. - 5–7 years of Corporate M&A experience
- Dutch qualified with a strong academic record
- Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent drafting and communication skills
- Sharp analytical mind with strong commercial instinct
