Overview
In this role you own and accelerate on-site and in-app conversion across Treatwell’s multi-market platform. You will lead a structured CRO programme with A/B and multivariate testing, shaping the funnel from acquisition to booking. You’ll work with Product, UX/Design, Data, and Marketing to validate changes with data before scaling. This is a data-driven, cross-functional role that drives revenue impact across 14 markets, languages, and products.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own end-to-end CRO testing roadmap: hypothesis generation, prioritisation, test design, execution and analysis for web and app
- Run and localise experiments across 14 countries and languages while maintaining statistical rigor
- Identify high-impact opportunities to optimise B2C funnels and collaborate with Product and Data teams
- Translate test results into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and build a knowledge base of drivers of conversion
- Collaborate with Product, UX/Design, Data, and Performance Marketing to align experimentation with growth and commercial goals
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3+ years of hands-on Conversion Rate Optimisation experience in the Tech sector (mandatory)
- Experience in a multi-market, multi-language, multi-product business (mandatory)
- Marketplace or SaaS background is a strong plus
- Highly analytical and data-driven with a track record of using experimentation to deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong execution and end-to-end delivery mindset
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
