Overview
You join PassiveLogic to deploy autonomous building technologies in live sites. You work with the Applied Engineering team to install, commission, and validate systems in commercial buildings, bridging HVAC, controls, and AI. You’ll diagnose issues from the physical equipment to the autonomous platform, and support scalable deployments. Your work helps optimise energy use and advance the company’s mission of sustainable, intelligent buildings.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Deploy, commission, and validate autonomous building technologies at live sites with the Applied Engineering team
- Conduct site surveys, inspect HVAC equipment and controls, and gather data for digital twin development
- Test building controls, sensors, actuators, and equipment to ensure readiness for autonomous operation
- Troubleshoot across the stack — mechanical, controls, networking, and software
- Support system startups, functional testing, and deployment activities with engineering teams
- Collect, organise, and analyse building data to support optimisation and product improvement
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Commercial HVAC experience with on-site installation, surveying, testing, or commissioning
- Excellent communication with customers, coworkers, and leadership (Dutch language bonus)
- Organised, self-directed, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup
- Collaborative across teams, customers, and subcontractors
