Overview
In this role you join McKinsey’s Operations Practice through the two-year Operations Excellence Program to solve client problems and drive operational performance. You work on diverse client engagements across industries, applying structured problem solving and on-the-job coaching to build capabilities. The program combines hands-on consulting with a formal curriculum and functional training, accelerating your development as a leader. You contribute fresh ideas within a high-performance culture and gain exposure to global teams and senior mentors.

Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree
- Initial experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management
- Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities
- Mobility and willingness to work on European assignments
