In this Delivery Consultant role at Orphoz, you turn strategy into action by designing concrete initiatives, KPIs, and value drivers. You’ll lead large-scale transformations, align leaders, and mobilize teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with McKinsey experts to bridge strategy and execution, in a high-growth, collaborative environment across Europe. - Translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives and KPIs
- Drive value across EBITDA, cash flow, and operations
- Redesign organizations with new operating models and systems
- Lead Transformation Offices delivering measurable outcomes
- Mobilize leaders and coach teams to build resilience
- Collaborate with McKinsey experts to connect strategy with execution
- Work on-site or hybrid in Brussels or Amsterdam with up to 80% travel
- Integrate with a small team (3–5) and McKinsey partners to ensure impact
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience delivering transformation programs
- Experience in value-creation areas like operating-model redesign or procurement excellence (plus)
- Certifications such as Lean/Six Sigma or PMP/Agile (plus)
- Sector experience in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer, FMCG, or Transport & Logistics (plus)
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, proactive under pressure
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch (or Dutch and French) plus English
