Verantwoordelijkheden
- Shape and plan future electricity networks for demand growth and decarbonization
- Analyze grid issues such as congestion and reinforcement needs; support network reconfiguration and renewable integration
- Develop digital and automated grid planning and modelling solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Convert modelling results into actionable insights for investments and operations
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants and technology specialists on cross-functional projects
- Develop technical and project management skills with increasing leadership responsibilities
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in power systems, grid planning, power network analysis or grid operations
- Knowledge of transmission and distribution planning principles
- Experience with grid modelling methodologies and engineering studies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
