In this role, you help energy sector clients refine strategies and transform processes to advance a CO2-neutral energy system. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, technology-enabled solutions that support the energy transition. You will tackle challenges in a dynamic utility landscape, including renewables deployment, grid modernization, and new business models. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape how utilities reinvent themselves at scale.

- Develop and implement digital strategies for energy utilities
- Lead process-driven transformations across client organizations
- Support post-merger integrations and organizational change
- Apply data-driven decision making while ensuring privacy and security
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of consultants and technology specialists
- Engage with clients to deliver value and measurable outcomes

Belangrijkste vereisten
- Completed master's degree in technical, business, or economics discipline
- Demonstrated consulting experience or relevant energy/utilities industry experience
- Experience and interest in the energy transition
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Strong communication and relationship-building
