Overview
In this role you drive Transformation & Change initiatives for major clients, leveraging a data‑driven approach to deliver durable transformations. You collaborate with a cross‑functional team in Amsterdam to tailor offerings to the Dutch market and grow the practice with key accounts. You may lead projects, develop thought leadership, and contribute to marketing and proposals. You will work closely with clients to shape solutions and accelerate value realization.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Deliver Transformation & Change missions across client assignments
- Contribute to design and structuring of the Transformation & Change proposition for the Dutch market
- Develop business with the team, including prospecting, drafting and defending proposals, and managing relationships with clients
- Lead or participate in consulting missions to ensure service quality and delivery standards
- Contribute to thought leadership and material (case studies, letters, articles) for internal and external channels
- Support understanding of digital transformation impacts across industries and advise clients accordingly
- Develop marketing and proposal materials to feed the prospection process
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's Degree in organizational behaviour, psychology, business administration, organization studies or similar
- at least 2 years of relevant (change) consulting experience, preferably in a Big 4
- self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and change skills
- experience in conducting significant transformation projects
- willingness to travel internationally for short business trips
- coaching skills and willingness to develop further
- strong interest in data and AI-related topics with ability to build expertise
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus
