Overview
As a Consultant in FTI’s Business Transformation practice, you help steer large-scale transformations from strategy to implementation. You work with cross-functional teams to define direction during mergers, due diligence, and restructurings, shaping new operating models and value propositions. You translate insights into clear, executive-ready narratives for C-suite audiences. This role combines analysis, client interaction, and business development to drive tangible impact for top clients.
