Overview
In this role you will support commerce leaders by turning client challenges into strategic advisory opportunities and measurable business value. You will work with senior advisers in a established practice to analyze customer journeys, evaluate operating models, and prototype AI-enabled use cases. You’ll turn experiments into actionable recommendations and help shape proposals that advance transformation programs. This is a hands-on, client-facing position focused on applying emerging technologies to real commerce problems.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead defined advisory workstreams from research to client-ready recommendations and presentations
- Analyze customer journeys, commerce capabilities and operating models to build business cases and roadmaps
- Prototype and evaluate agentic commerce use cases using AI agents, low-code tools and automation
- Test hypotheses, assess feasibility, and translate experiments into practical recommendations
- Collaborate with commerce and technology specialists to ensure practical delivery and dependencies are understood
- Identify advisory opportunities through client work and market insights; shape propositions and proposals for follow-on engagements
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3–5 years of hands-on digital commerce experience
- At least 2 years in a client-facing consulting or advisory role at a consultancy or agency
- Strong analytical and advisory skills; ability to structure ambiguous questions and present findings
- Understanding of commerce technology and martech ecosystem connections (content, marketing automation, CRM, customer data, personalization)
- Experience building or prototyping with AI tools for a commerce use case; able to discuss learnings without requiring development skills
- Consulting mindset with commercial curiosity; ability to identify client value and contribute to proposals
- Fluent English; Dutch or Nordic language a strong plus
