Overview
As a growth-focused strategy professional, you will help scale Picnic across Europe by turning analytical insights into actionable growth initiatives. You’ll work where strategy meets execution, leveraging your background in consulting, PE, IB, or e-commerce to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities. You’ll shape new product ranges and non-food categories while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact. This is a high-impact role in a PE-like culture that values initiative and results.

Belangrijkste vereisten
- 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, PE, investment banking, retail topics and hands-on deal experience
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

- Proficiency with SQL and Python or eagerness to learn
