Overview
As a CRA at Allucent, you will lead site monitoring and ensure trial integrity across study phases, collaborating with investigators and cross-functional teams to execute compliant studies. You’ll own site relationships, drive regulatory and startup activities, and proactively resolve issues to safeguard patient safety. This role offers autonomy within a supportive, expert team and opportunities to travel in Germany. You’ll contribute to advancing therapies and shaping efficient, compliant clinical operations.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Independently manage monitoring activities for assigned trials (initiation, routine visits, close-out) across study phases
- Ensure adherence to protocols, GCP, ICH, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong site relationships; serve as primary contact for investigators
- Identify and resolve site issues to protect trial integrity and patient safety
- Engage in regulatory affairs, site activation, and study startup activities
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading monitoring activities in complex trials
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines
- Fluent English and German
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Willingness to travel (8 DOS per month)
