Overview
In this role you support our global client service team by assisting clients with platform access, product information, and market updates. You’ll build expertise through structured training and gradually provide product-related guidance on instruments like options, turbos, and futures. You’ll develop client relationships, strive to exceed expectations, and contribute to our client satisfaction goals in a dynamic, international setting.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Handle customer support queries and help clients access information on the platform
- Answer questions about investment products (options, turbos, futures) and trading systems
- Provide information about Saxo Bank products (Self-Investing and Asset Management) and proactively offer options
- Discuss investment opportunities with clients and inform them about current market events
- Complete internal training and courses such as DSI Securities Trader and DSI Integrity
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Fluency in German and Dutch
- Organized, eager to learn, capable of multitasking
- Enjoy helping clients with a curious and problem-solving mindset
- Completed secondary education
- Demonstrable genuine interest in investing and financial markets
