In this role you support client delivery and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business objectives. You contribute to transformation and risk management efforts, leveraging cloud, automation, and emerging tech to improve outcomes. You build strong client relationships and help identify opportunities for growth and solution improvements. You work within governance frameworks to track performance and ensure adherence to contractual and industry standards.

- Support client delivery programs using digital engineering approaches and enterprise platforms, aligning delivery with client needs and organisational standards
- Contribute to operational governance by applying delivery frameworks and tracking performance metrics using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SAP
- Support risk management efforts by applying analytics and established practices to help identify and address delivery risks across business and engineering areas
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and support programme delivery and client satisfaction
- Contribute to transformation initiatives, leveraging cloud, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance delivery outcomes
- Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and solution improvement
- Support adherence to contractual obligations and industry standards, applying frameworks such as ITIL, PMI, and Agile to ensure consistent delivery
