Overview
In this role, you support Accenture Strategy & Consulting’s Global M&A practice across pre- and post-deal work, helping clients from diverse industries achieve resilient, value-driven transformations. You’ll contribute to due diligence, integration planning, carve-outs, and joint ventures, leveraging technology and AI to enable smart, tech-enabled transitions. You join a global, expert network focused on delivering high-impact outcomes with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role with global exposure and a clear opportunity to shape client paths to reinvention.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Conduct commercial, operational, IT, and technology due diligence projects
- Support merger integrations spanning IT, operations, finance, HR, and supply chain
- Participate in carve-outs and divestitures planning and execution
- Assist in structuring and implementing joint ventures and alliances with new operating models
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3-6 years of M&A or strategy consulting experience
- Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) or comparable
- Strong interest in Technology and AI
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus
