Overview
In this role you will drive business workshops and align business needs with functional specs, while guiding a team of business analysts. You will review specifications, map processes, and ensure test artifacts reflect requirements. You’ll connect business requirements with solution design and contribute to QA validation within an IT Change context. This position offers impact through shaping how data flows and interfaces are defined across ERP and logistics domains.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Facilitate business workshops and capture requirements
- Review functional specifications for completeness and alignment
- Conduct walkthroughs mapping specs to business needs and propose design solutions
- Review test cases to ensure alignment with requirements
- Lead a team of business analysts
Belangrijkste vereisten
- HBO (Bachelor-level) education with 3–5 years of experience or equivalent knowledge of business processes
- Expertise in business, information, and process analysis within a legacy environment
- Experience with ERP (Dynamics AX) and logistics systems
- Ability to analyze data flows and document data models
- Translate data flows into interface specifications between applications
- Proactive, able to work under project pressure
- Desirable QA-focused profile with some SQL scripting knowledge
- Dutch language knowledge is a nice-to-have
