Overview
As SAP Business Process Owner for SCM at Leaseweb, you will align supply chain processes with business goals and ensure SAP systems support efficient, compliant operations. You’ll lead data quality, training, and user support to enhance speed, cost efficiency, and service reliability. You will drive process improvements and validate system configurations across MM/SD/WM to sustain a scalable global logistics function. This role offers impact across cross-functional teams and opportunities to shape Leaseweb’s value proposition through data-driven process leadership.

- Process improvement: analyze current processes and design/implement improvements aligned with company goals
- Testing and validation: ensure SAP systems and processes function correctly, validate configurations and data
- User training and support: deliver training, create materials, run sessions, provide second-line support
- Data management: ensure data accuracy and quality across SAP systems in collaboration with master data
- Compliance: develop and enforce policies to ensure regulatory and standards compliance
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 5 years of SAP systems experience with MM/SD/WM modules
- Ability to operate across planning, capacity, and execution in end-to-end (E2E) flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Experience in end-user training and support
- SAP certification is a plus
