Overview
As a BDR at Xebia, you will drive new business in our software technology services by identifying and pursuing opportunities in IT. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to match their needs with innovative consultancy projects. You’ll work closely with a team of 50+ technologists to shape engagements from greenfield engineering to AI enablement and cloud-native upgrades. This role offers a clear path for growth through coaching from experienced managers and a budget for ongoing learning.

- Identify leads and schedule follow-ups using available resources
- Engage prospects via outreach tools and internal systems to streamline outreach
- Support content-driven outreach (whitepapers, blogs, events) to attract potential clients
- Develop and nurture relationships to find the 'sweet spot' for consultancy projects
- Organize or participate in events to expand network across Dutch offices
- Navigate the prospect journey and guide them toward collaboration with Xebia
- Collaborate with sales managers to shape and execute growth strategies
