Verantwoordelijkheden
- Lead development and maintenance of business cases for digital initiatives
- Define assumptions, baselines, costs, benefits and timelines
- Identify and document project dependencies
- Analyse value (cost savings, revenue opportunities, compliance, long-term competitiveness) and monitor benefits
- Assess business impact of scope, timeline, or solution changes
- Gather, refine and prioritise business requirements with stakeholders
- Ensure requirements link to objectives and are testable by teams
- Support solution selection, procurement, and implementation planning
- Facilitate workshops on requirements, prioritisation, and benefits
- Support change management and ensure successful adoption
- Provide analysis and recommendations to project/program management
- Maintain documentation of assumptions, risks, dependencies, and open questions
- Prepare business analysis reports and requirements specifications
- Produce requirements supporting implementation and governance
- Support change management and benefit realization
- Input into procurement decisions
- Maintain benefits tracking and business case updates

Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Several years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
- Experience in digital transformation or technology programs
- Proven ability to develop business cases with benefit definition and tracking
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative and qualitative value
- Ability to identify dependencies across business requirements, technology, timelines, data, and operating models
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Good understanding of corporate IT environments and digital delivery organizations
- Experience working across business, IT and engineering teams
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
