Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and shape client direction from strategy to day-to-day operations
- Develop the banking business by acting as a trusted advisor to support strategy-to-execution
- Identify business development opportunities and strengthen analytical and executive capabilities
- Translate insights into innovative solutions through data and technology
- Collaborate with client teams and a multidisciplinary group of colleagues
- Solve complex banking business problems and contribute to digital transformation
- Lead or contribute to transformative solutions across operating models, disruption, and future workforce
- Support strategic decision making and use cutting-edge technologies to achieve client outcomes
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 2+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or related environment
- Experience in a strategy or management consulting setting with focus on banking
- Strong understanding of banking processes, business models, technology trends, and transformation
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategy, growth strategy, business/operating models, and product management (leasing, lending, payments)
- Understanding of project delivery aspects (market analysis, strategy and business model assessment, process development, transformation execution)
- Fluent in English and Dutch
