Overview
In this role you support C-suite issues with technology-driven business insights, helping clients through digital strategy and transformation. You work in cross-functional teams on complex problems, delivering actionable recommendations and sometimes implementing them with client teams. You receive structured coaching and mentoring to accelerate your leadership growth, within a global, diverse environment. This position sits in the McKinsey Tech & AI practice, focusing on leveraging tech to create meaningful business change.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to diagnose issues and develop actionable recommendations
- Participate actively in all project phases: data gathering, hypothesis testing, and communication of findings
- Present results to client management and assist with implementation of recommendations
- Work in teams of 3–5 consultants alongside experts across disciplines (developers, data engineers, agile coaches)
- Benefit from formal training and coaching, including support from a local Partner and up to five weeks of training in the first two years
- Contribute to technology-driven growth strategies and digital transformation initiatives as part of client engagements
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree in engineering, science or related field
- Several years of experience in blue-chip or startup environments across pharma, financial services, high tech, engineering, aerospace, media, telecommunications, FMCG or public sector
- Experience in technology/IT strategy with areas such as digital strategy/transformation, IT infrastructure & architecture, IoT, e-commerce, AI/ML, robotics, cloud, big data & analytics, cybersecurity
- Strong combination of strategic insight and analytical capability with a passion for technology
- Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French (Amsterdam/Dutch or Brussels/Dutch/French) and willingness to travel
