Overview
In this role you help clients achieve lasting performance improvements by working in small teams to diagnose problems, generate evidence-based solutions, and drive implementation. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Collaborate in small teams (3–5 consultants) to identify and implement client solutions
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize information to test hypotheses
- Develop and communicate recommendations to client management
- Present results and support implementation with client teams
- Travel to client sites when required
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3+ years work experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree or advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster an inclusive environment
- Comfort with ambiguous, changing situations
- Ability to drive an independent workstream within a broader team project
- Proficiency in English and Dutch communication
