Overview
In this IT Consultant role within BCG Platinion’s technology and digital practice, you support top-tier private equity clients on strategic technology questions across the deal lifecycle. You’ll work with multidisciplinary stakeholders, leveraging deep tech and industry expertise to shape tech-driven deal outcomes. The role blends architecture, data, cybersecurity and transformation to deliver rapid, practical tech value. You’ll be part of a global, collaborative team that helps clients push beyond traditional limits and create lasting impact.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide strategic technology guidance across the deal lifecycle for private equity clients
- Engage with C-level and investment professionals to deliver industry-specific insights
- Leverage enterprise solutions, architecture, cloud, data & analytics, and cybersecurity know-how to assess deals
- Support due diligence, carve-out and PMI activities and advise on IT strategy post-merger
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technology insights into commercial implications
- Contribute to shaping technology-enabled deal outcomes and client value creation
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 3 to 6 years' experience in digital transformation in consulting or industry
- Experience in one or more: application modernization, cloud migration, system integration, data architecture & analytics, DevOps/SRE, SDLC and agile delivery, IT cost reduction
- Experience in M&A IT carve-out and post-merge integration advisory
- Strong ability to engage bankers, lawyers, target management and PE teams
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence technical and commercial audiences
- University degree with solid academic performance
