Overview
As a GenAI IT Consultant, you help clients translate GenAI potential into measurable outcomes by shaping strategies and delivering platform-enabled solutions. You work with client leadership to define GenAI roadmaps, win buy-in, and guide cross-functional teams through agile IT implementations. You will evaluate technology stacks, coach client teams, and ensure quality and risk are managed. The role blends hands-on AI work with client care and knowledge sharing to advance digital capabilities.

- Define GenAI strategies with client leadership and secure buy-in
- Collaborate with case teams to turn potential into performance
- Coach client tech teams and manage project quality and risk
- Enable agile methods in strategic IT implementations
- Contribute to GenAI platform design and client outcomes across industries
- Support business development, proposals, and client relationship building
- Mentor junior team members and help grow the practice area
- Help build BCG's brand through case work and client impact
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–10 years' IT strategy, consulting, or software development experience
- Previous consulting experience focused on technology and digital initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen
- Deep expertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning
- Solid understanding of GenAI constructs (LLMs, RAG, Guardrails, MLOps, multi-modality)
- Familiarity with GenAI platforms/middleware (AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Proficient prompt engineering and context management concepts (RAG, memory)
- Experience with Agile transformations and IT organization/process development
- Excellent English communication; ability to travel
