Overview
In this role, you will help shape the AI platforms strategy and build capabilities for clients, focusing on Generative AI. You’ll work within BCG Platinion’s AI Platforms Group to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that integrate with existing enterprise systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to turn AI potential into tangible outcomes at scale. This position offers a chance to influence AI architecture decisions and advance digital transformation for leading organizations.

- Design and implement AI platforms and strategic tech solutions for clients

Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (AI/DS focus preferred)
- Experience designing, implementing, and deploying AI systems
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or R
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Knowledge of vector databases and data platforms
- Ability to lead projects and manage teams for Lead Architect level; not required for other levels
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-experts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Skills in data modeling and architecture for large-scale AI applications
- Commitment to ethical AI development, including bias, fairness, and transparency
- Willingness to learn and close knowledge gaps to deliver client success
