Overview
As an AI Native Engineer, you will design and deploy enterprise-ready AI agents that scale across complex environments. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, shaping use cases and rapidly prototyping agentic workflows. You’ll connect multi-provider AI platforms, integrate cloud-native architectures, and ensure robust, secure operations. This role offers impact through building scalable AI-native systems and guiding enterprise adoption of AI-native engineering.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents (retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, observability).
- Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless multi-provider integration.
- Build cloud-native AI systems using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability.
- Tailor agentic applications to domains like finance, healthcare, and retail.
- Lead client workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows.
- Define metrics and evaluation plans to monitor agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
- Create reusable patterns and documentation to influence client roadmaps and internal assets.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years in cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
- At least 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production (agents, orchestration, RAG, workflows).
- 10+ years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/C Claude-like, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
- 10+ years programming experience (Python, Java, or equivalent) with exposure to evaluation tooling, logging, and observability.
- 10+ years deploying to production (CI/CD, Terraform, Helm, monitoring, debugging).
- 10+ years client communication and leadership in ambiguous settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; AI certifications or agentic tool experience a plus.
