As an Agentic Automation & AI Consultant in the COMET IA team, you bridge business needs with agentic automation and GenAI delivery in the Finance domain. You manage the backlog of Finance use cases, evaluate fit-for-purpose solutions, and define criteria for prioritization alongside cross-functional stakeholders. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and AI makers to deliver compliant, scalable automation and AI enablement. Your work supports governance, change management, and value realization in a fast-changing, digital finance environment.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Orchestrate AI implementation and enablement within Finance, including governance, operating model alignment, change management, enablement, and value measurement.
- Lead intake and prioritization of agentic automation and AI enablement requests, evaluating strategic vs. low/no-code options and defining business/value cases.
- Identify optimization potential aligned to Finance strategic priorities to ensure delivery against targets.
- Engage with end users, COOF MT, architects, and CFOs to align on solutions.
- Coordinate delivery within the AI Makers and cross-Finance squads to meet timelines.
- Evaluate ownership and governance for enablement and explore replacing low/no-code approaches with strategic solutions.
- Translate business processes into agentic automation/AI flows using existing technologies or suitable alternatives.
- Support recruitment and upskilling initiatives for AI within COO Finance & Finance.
- Advise on fit-for-purpose solution design and ensure compliance and reuse principles.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Proven experience in agentic automation & AI enablement, business analysis, and automation in Finance contexts.
- Strong understanding of AI platforms and tools: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, GitHub Copilot.
- Familiarity with Finance processes and data-driven environments; banking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of COOF governance models and strategic alignment processes.
- Understanding of governance, quality controls, and reusability in automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
- Agile mindset with experience in cross-functional squads.
