Overview
As a Workplace Experience seller for Central and Northern Europe, you drive cross-architecture deals that unite collaboration devices, occupancy sensing, and energy networking. You will grow and manage your own pipeline, forecast accurately, and win IT over from a position of strength with Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace, and Sustainability leaders. You contribute to a fast-growing, global Workplace Experience business that shapes how buildings enable hybrid work. This role offers the chance to influence standards and up-level customer outcomes at scale.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Build and manage a personal pipeline in Salesforce, forecast with accuracy, and close cross-architecture deals
- Sell converged outcomes that combine collaboration devices, occupancy/IoT sensing, and PoE/energy networking
- Target Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace, and Sustainability leaders and influence requirements upstream with advisors and design firms
- Execute a repeatable, proven playbook and contribute wins back to it
- Operate across Central and Northern Europe with quota ownership and regional growth responsibilities

- 10+ years of quota-based sales with documented attainment
- 2+ years in cross-architecture, solution-based selling with premium deals
- Proven success selling to Line-of-Business decision-makers
