Overview
In this Account Director role within DEPT’s Creative & Media team, you will cultivate and grow strategic client relationships to drive revenue and deliver consultative guidance. You guide go-to-market strategies, shape service propositions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital journeys. You’ll work with top clients to translate business goals into impactful creative and media solutions, shaping growth for both the client and DEPT. This role combines relationship management, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership in a dynamic agency environment.

Belangrijkste vereisten
- At least 7 years of agency experience
- Experience in digital marketing and strong sales capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasive abilities
- Experience in working on pitches
- Ambitious, results-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
