Overview
In this role you will strengthen Atos AI Trust capabilities by advising on governance, Responsible AI, and regulatory compliance. You will design and implement governance frameworks for AI solutions and define architecture guardrails for scalable, compliant platforms. You will embed governance into MLOps, LLM Ops, and GenAI initiatives, translating regulatory and ethical requirements into practical solutions. You will contribute to proposals and client engagements while helping build the AI Trust squad across the Benelux & Nordics. This role offers the chance to shape trusted AI capabilities within a fast-growing, impact-driven team.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Advise clients on AI governance, Responsible AI, and compliance
- Design and implement governance frameworks and control mechanisms for AI solutions
- Define architecture guardrails for scalable, compliant AI platforms
- Embed governance into MLOps / LLM Ops / GenAI solutions
- Translate regulatory and ethical requirements into practical technical solutions
- Contribute to proposals, assessments, and client engagements
- Support the build-up of the AI Trust capability and squad
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 6–10+ years of experience in AI, data, or digital consulting
- Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI risk/compliance
- Understanding of AI/ML systems, GenAI, and enterprise architectures
- Strong consulting skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to bridge business, compliance, and technical domains
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Experience with Azure / Databricks / similar platforms is a plus
- Experience in leading a team is also a plus
