Overview
In this role you own and drive the ITSM platform landscape for Canon, focusing on Xurrent and related integrations and Power BI reporting. You align ITSM solutions with business needs, improve usability and transparency, and enhance operational efficiency. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value-oriented IT services and governance. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Translate business needs into ITSM solutions and system designs
- Configure, test, and maintain Xurrent and Power BI ITSM solutions
- Resolve incidents, handle information requests, and implement changes with root-cause analysis
- Define and monitor automated controls within ITSM solutions
- Act as a primary contact for user communities and communicate releases and capabilities
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles; develop trainings/workshops
- Own CMDB structure, governance, data relationships, and accuracy
- Develop and maintain ITSM dashboards and reports across Xurrent and Power BI
- Analyze ITSM data to identify trends, gaps, and improvements
- Ensure reports stay relevant and up-to-date
- Work with outsourced/global teams and support multinational operations
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 5+ years in IT operations or IT service management
- Proven experience improving ITSM systems and processes
- Experience with Xurrent and Power BI
- ITIL Foundation (v4 or higher)
- Clear communicator; simplifies technical topics
- Stakeholder engagement and training experience
- Team collaboration and accountability
- ITSM frameworks (ITIL, USM, ISO 20000)
- Core ITSM processes: Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB
- Xurrent and Power BI proficiency
