Overview
In this role you steer end-to-end bid processes to deliver compliant, high-quality quotations. You coordinate technical, legal, and commercial inputs to produce compelling proposals aligned with customer demands. You work with cross-functional teams to structure complex information and drive timely submissions. The position sits at the intersection of bid management, commercial strategy, and operational excellence within a global, innovative IT services context.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Manage the full bid lifecycle from demand receipt to final quotation submission
- Clarify customer demands and gather missing information as needed
- Understand contract requirements and pricing to support commercially sound proposals
- Break down scope, assign tasks, and coordinate across teams
- Consolidate inputs into a coherent, contract-compliant quotation
- Ensure proposals meet requirements while maximizing quality, competitiveness and value
- Oversee relevant approvals within Account Team and wider Rainbow program
- Monitor bid progress, deadlines, and outcomes; capture lessons learned
- Contribute to modernization of bidding approaches, including AI-enabled tools
- Support continuous improvement of bidding processes
