Overview
In this role you build secure OT networks and lead security design within critical industrial environments. You align security with real-world operations, delivering robust architectures and documented solutions that support uptime and safety. You’ll drive security considerations across projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed protection at every layer. This is a hands-on, design‑driven position at a company focused on sustainable industrial innovation, offering meaningful impact and growth.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design secure OT network architectures from scratch
- Select security solutions for project proposals balancing compliance, risk and performance
- Implement and test security components (Windows Server, Active Directory, WSUS, antivirus, backup, industrial network elements, NMS, IDS)
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls
- Configure and maintain virtualized environments
- Create and maintain as-built documentation for clarity and continuity
- Support full lifecycle of security solutions from concept to continuous improvement
- Collaborate across disciplines to embed security into every system layer
Belangrijkste vereisten
- MBO-4 in IT (or related field)
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, WSUS, antivirus, backup, and virtualization
- Experience with networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Structured, hands-on problem solving
- Strong Dutch or English communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands frequently and occasionally abroad
- Willingness to be part of the 24/7 team periodically
