Overview
In this role you own the parent-company accounting for Envipco Holding N.V. and Envipco Europe B.V., supporting group consolidation, external reporting, and process improvements. You work closely with tax, legal, financing, and treasury partners to ensure accurate IFRS reporting and strong controls. You’ll drive monthly close, intercompany reconciliations, and maintenance of consolidation structures, contributing to audit readiness and scalable finance processes. This is a hands-on role in a growing multinational group.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own holding-level accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, payments, and day-to-day maintenance for holding entities
- Account for investments, treasury, financing, equity, share-based compensation, and other parent-company transactions
- Coordinate statutory, audit, and entity-change processes with tax, legal, and treasury advisors
- Support monthly consolidation, elimination entries, intercompany reconciliations, and maintenance of consolidation structures
- Contribute to interim and annual IFRS reporting, including disclosures and ESEF/XBRL requirements
- Assist IFRS interpretation and apply group accounting policies
- Improve close, consolidation, journal entry, reconciliation, approval, and reporting processes
- Strengthen controls, documentation quality, and audit readiness across finance processes
- Support finance transformation and tool improvements across ERP, planning, consolidation, and reporting systems
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business economics, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, group finance, consolidation, audit, or financial reporting
- Experience in a listed company, multinational group, or public accounting environment
- Strong IFRS knowledge related to group reporting, intercompany matters, and equity/financing transactions
- Experience with monthly close, consolidations, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and multi-entity accounting
- Structured, hands-on, ownership-driven working style with emphasis on documentation and audit readiness
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP and reporting systems
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Adaptive Planning, and consolidation tools preferred
- Exposure to ESEF/XBRL, IFRS position papers, and technical accounting memoranda
