As Global Digital Lead – Livestock Feed at Nutreco, you will shape the global digital agenda and translate business strategy into a focused roadmap that drives customer value, growth, and operational excellence. You will partner with global and local leaders to identify and deliver high-impact digital opportunities across Livestock Feed and ensure scalable solutions for Premix & Specialties and Complete Feed. You will leverage AI and digital innovation to strengthen value propositions and create competitive advantage, while leading cross-functional governance and adoption to deliver measurable outcomes.

Belangrijkste vereisten
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, business strategy, consulting, technology leadership or business transformation in a global organization
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, data analytics, AI, automation and enterprise platforms
- Experience in livestock, animal nutrition, agriculture or related industry preferred with strong commercial awareness and innovation mindset
