Overview
In this role you will support Applied Medical’s Dutch organization and 17 European entities with a primary focus on the DACH region. You provide strategic legal guidance on commercial contracting, competition law, and market access while partnering with sales teams and external counsels. You will shape competitive strategy and help protect the company’s position across international markets. The role offers an international, collaborative environment with meaningful impact on patient and customer outcomes.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Draft and review commercial (supply) agreements with healthcare organizations in the DACH area
- Advise on corporate, advertising, and employment law within the DACH region
- Provide guidance on EU and national competition law matters (bundling, tying, exclusivity, rebates, abuse of dominance)
- Assess competitor activities and market practices affecting fair competition and market access
- Coordinate and support litigation and competition law investigations, including managing external counsel and case prep
Belangrijkste vereisten
- LL.M. (or equivalent)
- ≥5 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in an international environment
- Excellent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
