Overview
In this role you calibrate electronic and optical instruments for customers and internal teams. You will develop and refine procedures, ensuring ISO compliance and timely project delivery. You’ll collaborate with logistics, sales, and technical teams to meet customer expectations and drive quality. You’ll help design facilities, train staff, and stay at the forefront of calibration technology to support Yokogawa’s mission in industrial automation and energy transition.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Calibrate complex electronic and optical instruments following defined procedures
- Prepare, analyze, and report outcomes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain calibration procedures to meet ISO standards
- Set targets and manage KPIs for calibration operations
- Manage logistics, planning, registration, and reporting for calibration projects
- Maintain and design calibration facilities and plan new ones
- Organize and deliver calibration training internally and externally
- Stay updated with new calibration technologies and act as internal expert
- Support commercial proposals and order handling for calibration projects
- Provide calibration solutions and advice for end-of-life Test and Measurement equipment
- Ensure timely turnaround and quality assurance in all calibration activities
