Overview
In this role, you provide technical support to resellers and end-users for Extron AV products, bridging engineering and sales to resolve issues and inform product use. You will test products in-house, share insights on future changes, and maintain strong relationships with customers. You will train colleagues and resellers while staying up-to-date with Extron's product line. This position combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities to contribute to a responsive, knowledge-driven sales team.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide technical support by phone to resellers and end-users for Extron AV products
- Share product specifications with resellers and end-users for AV applications
- Conduct in-house product testing for on-site technical issues
- Propose new product ideas and changes for future Extron products
- Maintain professional relationships with resellers and end-users
- Train colleagues and resellers on Extron products and applications
- Stay current on Extron product line, functions, features, and applications
- Perform additional sales-related tasks as needed
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Technical or engineering experience in AV
- Fluent Italian (written and spoken) and English (spoken and written)
- Technical education preferably in Electronics
- Strong relationship-building ability
