Overview
In this role you will design and ship a centralized GenAI platform that enables hundreds of product teams to build, validate, and deploy AI agents at scale. You drive full‑stack solutions that power high‑impact decisions across healthcare, legal, tax, and compliance domains. Expect hands‑on leadership, mentoring, and shaping platform capabilities to accelerate innovation and improve outcomes globally.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design and implement full‑stack applications, AI agents, and platform components for rapid development and deployment of GenAI agents
- Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability to support safe, fast iteration and measurable telemetry
- Apply secure SDLC and privacy‑by‑design practices (threat modeling, least privilege)
- Collaborate with product, UX, and domain experts to deliver customer‑focused solutions with measurable outcomes
- Apply state‑of‑the‑art LLM patterns (RAG, retrieval, routing, tool use, evals) to improve value, reliability, and cost
- Lead by example: drive architecture, mentor engineers, and own larger projects
- Contribute to development of flagship agents (e.g., UpToDate Expert AI) and reusable platform services
- Operate in a remote‑first, highly autonomous environment with global teams and cross‑functional communication
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong full‑stack development skills and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Expert in at least one area and proficient across others: AI agent development and evaluation, backend development, frontend development, cloud services, CI/CD and infrastructure as code, SRE, quality engineering, secure SDLC and privacy by design
- Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud‑native systems to production
