Overview
In this role you apply deep operational risk expertise within a cross-functional product team to shape Enablon’s enterprise software. You translate field realities into product capabilities and validation frameworks, helping customers achieve risk-informed decisions and operational excellence. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and customers to ensure solutions reflect real-world practices and regulatory considerations. Your work will influence product direction through evidence-based challenges and industry insight.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering across discovery, design, development, validation, and release
- Engage in customer workshops and design-partner engagements to capture workflows and decision-making processes
- Define and validate operational risk models, decision frameworks, evidence requirements, and business rules
- Provide SME coverage across ORM, Process Safety Management, control management, and operational execution
- Evaluate proposed product capabilities for operational validity and industry relevance
- Contribute to requirements, specifications, process models, and domain documentation
- Help develop industry best practices, methodologies, and knowledge assets
- Identify emerging market needs, regulatory trends, and industry challenges impacting product direction
- Validate customer use cases through ongoing collaboration with product and customer teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to Product and Engineering on operational risk and excellence topics
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Deep experience in high-hazard or operationally complex industries (e.g., Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Mining, Energy, Manufacturing)
- Operational risk management and field operations experience
- Experience leading or supporting enterprise risk improvement initiatives or operational excellence programs
- Strong understanding of Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Knowledge of Control of Work, Permit to Work, SIMOPS, Barrier Management, risk registers
- Exposure to maintenance, reliability, asset integrity, or work management processes (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate operations into structured business requirements and product capabilities
- Excellent communication with frontline users, leaders, and stakeholders
- Comfort working in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Collaborative skills to operate within cross-functional teams
- 10+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Experience implementing or using enterprise software for operational risk, process safety, or operational excellence
