Verantwoordelijkheden
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering through the full product lifecycle
- Engage in customer workshops and design-partner activities to map safety practices and risk identification
- Define and validate safety-domain models, evidence requirements, decision frameworks, and business rules
- Provide expertise across safety management, incident management, process safety, risk management, controls, and organizational learning
- Evaluate proposed capabilities for safety validity and industry relevance
- Contribute to requirements, specifications, process models, and domain documentation
- Help develop industry best practices, methodologies, and knowledge assets
- Identify emerging safety trends and regulatory expectations
- Validate customer use cases and outcomes through ongoing collaboration with product and customers
- Act as a trusted advisor on safety, risk, and learning topics to Product and Engineering teams
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 10+ years in safety, process safety, risk management, or related disciplines
- Experience implementing or using enterprise software supporting incident, safety, process safety, or risk management
- Ability to bridge industry expertise with technology and product development teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication with frontline personnel to executives
- Constructive challenge and evidence-based decision-making
- Safety Management Systems and risk-based safety programs
- Incident and near-miss reporting, investigations, corrective actions, lessons learned
- Process Safety Management (PSM) principles
