Overview
As Director, Product Platform, you shape the shared platform that powers Enablon’s SaaS portfolio. You own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for APIs, integrations, identity, data services, and AI-enabled platform components. You will guide a Product Management team and partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure scalable, interoperable platforms that meet current and future business needs. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned platform leader who can balance long-term platform investments with measurable outcomes. You’ll influence across disciplines to accelerate product delivery and enable growth at scale.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Define and execute the platform strategy for APIs, integrations, identity, data services, and AI-enabled components
- Establish foundations to support growth, scalability, and interoperability across the portfolio
- Drive priorities aligning technology investments with business and customer needs
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers for core platform domains
- Create cross-team alignment on planning, prioritization, and execution
- Partner with Platform Engineering and Architecture to guide decisions on standards, data models, and integration strategies
- Promote reusable services and governance frameworks and track platform performance with data-driven metrics
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Significant leadership experience in Product Management within enterprise SaaS environments
- Proven success defining and scaling platform products serving multiple applications or customer solutions
- Deep understanding of APIs and API ecosystems, integration platforms, identity and access management, data platforms/services, and event-driven architectures
- Experience partnering with Engineering and Architecture to deliver complex product initiatives
- Ability to lead managers and senior product professionals in a matrixed organization
