Accoutant Officer / Administration

Overview

In this role you support an internationally oriented boutique trust company by managing financial administration and statutory reporting. You will work closely with clients, external advisors, and colleagues to keep accounts compliant and timely. You’ll handle bank statements, consolidation, and tax declarations while contributing to reporting to authorities. Verantwoordelijkheden

• Process bank statements, costs, turnover and other mutations and booking for clients
• Realise the financial administration and consolidation of client companies
• Compile statutory annual accounts with commentary
• Liaise with clients and external advisors under account managers
• Provide ad hoc and periodic reports, VAT and/or income tax declarations
• Submit periodic reports to the Dutch Central Bank in compliance with laws and regulations

Belangrijkste vereisten

• HBO/HEAO level in Accountancy or BE
• 3-5 years experience in a trust company, accounting firm, or international company
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and client-oriented with strong relationship management
• Team player who can also work independently
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
