Overview
In this role you support a boutique accounting team in delivering Dutch entity administration to a portfolio of corporate clients. You work closely with the Senior Accountant to prepare annual accounts, VAT reports, and day-to-day financial tasks while ensuring compliance with Dutch regulations. The role sits in an international, proactive environment offering growth and development opportunities. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across accounting, legal, and client services to provide a one-stop corporate service.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Set up and maintain client administration
- Liaise with clients on financial matters
- Prepare statutory annual accounts
- File accounts with local authorities
- Prepare periodic reports
- Assist with day-to-day client activities
- Prepare and file VAT reports
- Liaise with auditors and tax advisors
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Fluency in German and English
- Academic degree in Accountancy, Finance, and Economics
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience (trust sector, accounting firm, or corporate service provider preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Dutch VAT
- Basic knowledge of Dutch GAAP
- Knowledge of IFRS (preferred)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and be flexible
