In this role, you will manage and optimize payment operations across multiple subscription-based products, payment service providers, and international markets. You will combine hands-on operational expertise with strategic thinking to improve payment conversion, reduce transaction costs, and expand payment capabilities globally. Working closely with Payment, Partnerships, Data, Product, and Technology teams, you will help identify new opportunities and turn them into effective payment solutions. You will contribute to market expansion, payment method optimization, and the development of scalable processes across a diverse product portfolio. This is an opportunity to take ownership, influence business performance, and help shape an evolving international payment ecosystem within an autonomous, remote-first organization.
Accountabilities
Payment Operations:
Manage daily payment activities, including payment service provider (PSP) accounts, configurations, routing, and subscription billing. Investigate operational incidents by analyzing logs, transaction data, and API calls, and drive issues through to resolution.
