What will you do?
You’ll help users who are having trouble with their laptops or software.
You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets.
You’ll resolve issues yourself or **escalate** them to a colleague.
You’ll also ensure that solutions are properly documented.
You’ll receive reports and questions via phone, email, and support tickets
You resolve issues with laptops and Microsoft 365
You’ll forward questions to IT colleagues as needed
You manage accounts, permissions, and equipment
You document solutions and actions in the ticket system
Who are you?
You enjoy helping others and stay calm when someone gets stuck.
You work neatly and switch easily between different questions.
You’re a good fit for a role that involves a lot of contact with users.
You have an MBO-level education
You can communicate clearly over the phone and via email
You work meticulously in a ticket system
You’re proficient with Microsoft 365
You think in terms of solutions and proactively address questions
