JD Logistics Netherlands | Joybuy Reverse Logistics JD Logistics Netherlands is looking for a Quality Inspection Engineer to support the reverse logistics operations of Joybuy e-commerce, ensuring the quality, condition, and authenticity of returned high-value consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities Inspect and authenticate returned high-value consumer electronics, including smartphones, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles and wearables.
Verify serial numbers, IMEI numbers, packaging, labels, security features, accessories and product specifications.
Assess returned products and determine their condition and appropriate disposition.
Document inspection results and escape suspected counterfeit or fraudulent products.
Support investigations into returns, customer claims, inventory discrepancies and product substitution.
Help develop and improve inspection procedures and counterfeit-detection methods.
Work closely with Joybuy reverse logistics, warehouse, quality and loss prevention teams.
Requirements Proven experience in quality inspection, product authentication, electronics testing, or a similar role .
Hands-on experience identifying counterfeit high-value consumer electronics is essential.
Strong knowledge of consumer electronics and common counterfeit indicators.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical/investigative skills.
Experience documenting inspection findings and working with digital systems.
English proficiency; Dutch is a plus.
Experience in e-commerce, returns, reverse logistics, retail or fulfilment is an advantage.
