Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor project costs, cash flow, budgets, and forecast final construction costs. Assess progress claims, payment schedules, and subcontractor invoices. Identify, assess, and manage variations, extensions of scope, and additional costs. Prepare cost reports and provide regular financial updates to management. Assist with contract administration, procurement, and commercial negotiations. Maintain accurate records of project costs, commitments, and expenditure. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality, safety, or Australian/PNG compliance. Ensure compliance with relevant Australian/PNG building regulations, contractual obligations, and company procedures. Assist with final accounts, project close-out, and financial reconciliation.
