For Haworth in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Customer Operations Manager who turns customer commitments into successful delivery. About Haworth Haworth is a global, family-owned company creating workspaces where people can work comfortably, collaborate and connect. It combines office furniture and design with research into how people and organisations work. In Amsterdam, Haworth’s office and showroom are located in the Houthavens district, where its own collection forms part of the everyday working environment. Your role You connect sales and operations. You coordinate the Customer Service Team and manage the Project Management Team, working closely with manufacturing, logistics and installation partners to keep orders and projects running smoothly. You identify bottlenecks, establish clear agreements and help your team move forward. Throughout the process, you balance the customer experience with quality, feasibility and cost. You will be present in the showroom at least four days per week, helping maintain a welcoming, professional and well-organized environment for colleagues, clients and visitors, while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Your responsibilities Coordinating and supporting the Customer Service Team and managing the Project Management Team. Overseeing orders and projects, from order processing through delivery, installation and invoicing. Managing and developing the installation partner network, including agreements on rates, quality and service. Supporting sales with complex projects, tenders and new customer agreements. Monitoring budgets and performance and implementing practical improvements. Visiting customers, project sites and installation partners. About you You bring structure while remaining flexible when circumstances change. Whether facing a revised schedule, a demanding customer or an unexpected issue on site, you communicate clearly and focus on finding a solution. Your personality Your personality matters. You are approachable, adaptable and a strong communicator. You bring people with different priorities together and hold them accountable for their commitments. What you bring Experience managing project teams and coordinating collaboration with other teams. Project management experience in a technical or manufacturing environment. An understanding of planning, costs and process improvement. A good command of both English and Dutch. English may be your stronger language, or Dutch may be. A valid driving licence. Preferably available five days a week. What does Haworth offer A gross annual salary of €60,000, including holiday pay. A gross target bonus of 10% (€6,000), effective from the 2027 bonus year. 28 days of annual leave per full calendar year. A collective pension insurance scheme.
