Merchandise Planner / Commercial Demand Planner North Holland | 38 hours per week
Are you an analytical planner with a strong commercial mindset? We're looking for an experienced Merchandise Planner / Commercial Planner / Demand Planner to join a growing retail organization and help optimize assortment planning and demand forecasting across multiple product categories.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop demand forecasts for new and existing products.
- Analyze assortment performance, trends, and commercial opportunities.
- Partner with Buying and Supply Chain teams to align demand and inventory plans.
- Forecast promotional sales and assess the impact of commercial initiatives.
- Support the development of planning processes, tools, and reporting.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Merchandise Planner, Commercial Planner, or Demand Planner.
- Proven experience with sales forecasting and demand planning.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience planning at SKU/article level.
- Ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable insights.
- E-commerce experience is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
